Chandigarh: Continuing its proud tradition of nurturing top-tier talent for the national setup, Roundglass Hockey Academy (RGHA) forward Gursewak Singh has been named to the Indian Junior Men’s squad for the upcoming tour of Belgium 2026.

The exposure tour, scheduled to take place from July 5 to 18, will see the Indian Colts travel to Belgium to test their skills against four of Europe’s finest hockey nations: Austria, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands. The tour aims to provide vital international experience to India’s rising stars as they prepare for future global competitions.

Gursewak, who was named among the talented group of forwards by Hockey India, has been a standout performer within the Roundglass Hockey Academy setup. Gursewak Singh earned his maiden international call-up to the Indian Junior Men’s Hockey Team in May 2024 for a high-exposure European Tour across Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands. Following his strong domestic circuit with the Roundglass Hockey Academy, he was also integrated into Hockey India’s 40-member core probable group for the junior national coaching camps.

Gursewak’s call-up to the Junior Men’s squad adds to an already historic week for Roundglass Hockey Academy, coming just days after the academy’s U-18 squad became the first Indian academy to win a hockey title in Australia by lifting the International Youth Hockey Cup in Sydney.
